Submitted materials: 1.1, in the application for food production and operation of health permits, the first should be submitted to the following materials:

1.2. When applying for acceptance of the completion of the food production and business projects, the following materials shall also be submitted:

2, food wholesale, retail health permit application materials

5, in the application for domestic drinking water health permit, the first should be submitted to the following information:
