(2) Hazardous wastes shall be disposed of harmlessly by enterprises with corresponding hazardous waste business licenses;
(3) The kitchen waste is recycled or harmlessly treated by biochemical anaerobic biogas production, composting, incineration, landfill, high-temperature disinfection, etc., and made into feed;
(four) other garbage should be recycled after harmless disposal through decomposition, incineration, landfill, etc., and those containing harmful substances should be handed over to enterprises with corresponding hazardous waste business licenses for harmless disposal.
Twenty-fourth this city gives priority to the development of domestic waste incineration technology. The municipal competent department of city appearance and environmental sanitation shall, jointly with the municipal administrative department of urban and rural planning and environmental protection, set up a domestic waste incineration disposal site according to the domestic waste treatment plan, promote the construction of domestic waste incineration disposal site, and improve the domestic waste incineration disposal rate.
The municipal competent department of city appearance and environmental sanitation shall establish an evaluation system of domestic waste treatment technology, actively promote the biological treatment technology and comprehensive treatment technology of domestic waste, and improve the treatment level of domestic waste.
Twenty-fifth domestic waste disposal shall comply with the national and municipal technical specifications for domestic waste disposal. Domestic waste disposal units shall maintain the normal operation of domestic waste disposal facilities and equipment.
Sewage, waste gas, waste residue and other pollutants discharged in the process of domestic garbage treatment shall meet the requirements of the relevant pollutant discharge standards of the state and this Municipality. Domestic waste disposal units shall monitor pollutant emissions in accordance with relevant standards and submit monitoring reports in accordance with the requirements of the municipal competent department of city appearance and environmental sanitation.
