How to choose ceramic electric furnace?
First of all, we must find out what the electric ceramic furnace is for. Electric porcelain furnace is an electric furnace, but many new materials and technologies have been adopted to improve the performance of the electric furnace to the extreme. Its energy-saving, longevity and safety are unmatched by old electric furnaces.

The biggest advantage of electric porcelain furnace is that it doesn't pick pots and the firepower is easy to control. Suitable for small and medium fires, such as frying fish and making soup. It can also be used for barbecue occasionally. If it is used for cooking, whether it is an induction cooker or a ceramic electric stove, it can't compare with gas. China people's cooking habit is fierce fire, and the current electricity consumption can't meet this requirement. Pottery stoves can be badly fried, because the temperature is relatively high and a lot of heat can be stored on the glass. Waiting for the glass to heat up completely at first, and then suddenly waiting for the heat to release, can give you a sense of speculation. Later, it was also a lack of stamina.

At present, there are only two schemes of ceramic electric furnace, one is mechanical and the other is electronic.

Mechanical design is a classic scheme of German design. The main difference between these two schemes lies in the furnace core-heating plate. The design of these two schemes can be judged from the appearance. There is a horizontal rod in the middle of the mechanical heating plate, which is a purely mechanical temperature limiting device, using the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction. You can look through the glass when it is hot.

Coupled with a mechanical fire control switch, it can work, and the outside is usually a metal shell, which is very strong. This is completely in accordance with the foreign design scheme, simple and reliable, almost all the working processes can be seen, and people with a little knowledge of physics understand that nothing will break. Generally speaking, it is easy to use it for 3 or 5 years, but the price is relatively high, and most of the furnace plates are imported. I was not used to it at first, because the firepower was controlled by the ratio of power-on and power-off time. When the maximum temperature is reached, the heating zone is turned on and off. Just get used to it, because there is a lot of heat stored in the glass, and there will be no big deviation between the temperature of power-on and power-off

There is also an electronic one.

The thermocouple extends from the central circular hole, and then transmits the thermal signal to the circuit board for control. The core is made in China, and the level is uneven. The good materials and technology are close to those of foreign countries, but the bad ones can only be said to be this shape. Generally, it is equipped with a plastic shell and a fan for cooling. One is that there are too many links, and the failure rate will be higher. The other is that the convection of fans must consider the influence of external environment, such as water vapor, lampblack, cockroaches and so on. How long it will last depends on the design and conscience of the manufacturer. If designed well, it can also be durable. The difference between circuit board, casing, fan, cutting corners and not cutting corners is too far. Accurate collection of thermal signals also requires technology. Otherwise, the temperature will be too low to boil water or the glass will burst. Consumers are advised to choose products produced by more formal manufacturers. Electronics will be more convenient to use, and it is easier for electronics to realize functions than machinery. The price of electronic ceramic stove will be slightly more expensive than that of induction cooker.

The difference between the two is similar to the difference between mechanical watches and electronic watches, which makes consumers better understand. Mechanical watches are expensive, generally superior and durable and reliable. Electronic watches are cheap, with many designs, and their life and reliability are not so good.
