Examination is divided into written examination and interview.
1. written test. The implementation of the 111-point system, the examination time is two hours and thirty minutes. 2. Interview. iv. Employment management
The staff who have been openly recruited this time will be managed by the employment system, with a probation period of one year. Those who pass the examination after the probation period shall go through the employment formalities, and those who fail shall be disqualified. Formal employees sign the Employment Contract in accordance with the relevant provisions of personnel management. The term of the employment contract is generally 3 years, and they enjoy corresponding treatment during the employment period. If it is necessary to renew the contract at the expiration of the contract, they must pass the examination and both parties agree to renew the contract.
