1. Contract form: contract for small machines, tools and appliances, excluding materials. After the new workers enter the site, they will be trained by the team leader, and untrained personnel are strictly forbidden to work at their posts. In case of work-related injury, Party B shall bear the expenses of 10%- 15% each time, and Party B shall not be less than 3,000 yuan each time. The study materials of all Party B's trainers must be signed by themselves (signing on their behalf is not allowed), collected at the specified time every month and submitted to the Information Department. If the materials are not submitted on time, the progress payment of 200 yuan-1000 yuan will be deducted each time.

3. All employees of Party B are not allowed to pile up any materials and articles on the grille, dismantle safety protection facilities and throw them at high altitude without the permission of the construction party, or they will be fined 100-200 yuan/time.

4. Party B's employees under the age of 16 are forbidden to work at their posts, and it is forbidden to bring children into the construction site and living quarters. When entering the construction site, you must wear a safety helmet, fasten your headband, wear a work license and other prescribed protective equipment. Do not wear slippers, barefoot, high heels and hard-soled shoes to enter the construction site, and do not urinate anywhere. 5. Party B shall strictly abide by the safety production and fire prevention regulations: it is forbidden to smoke in the shed or bed with open flames, to pull wires and appliances without permission, and to start construction machinery by non-professionals.

Party B is strictly prohibited from taking drugs, whoring, gambling, drinking, fighting, resisting Europe and stealing in the construction site; Anyone who violates the regulations on safety and civilized management of the construction site or commits other illegal acts may be fined 1000 to 3,000 yuan for each violation, which constitutes a criminal act and shall be transferred to the public security organ for handling.
