Article 2 The term "plaque logo" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the plaque, light box, neon lamp, monogram, etc. set by units and individuals using their own or leased buildings to express the name, font size and logo of the units or businesses.

the plaque logo should only show the name, font size and logo, and should not contain other commercial propaganda contents. With commercial propaganda content, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the management of outdoor advertising. Third city management department is responsible for the business guidance, supervision and inspection of the city's plaque management.

the county (district, city) urban management department is responsible for the management of plaque logo setting within its jurisdiction. Article 4 The municipal urban management department shall, jointly with the municipal urban planning, construction, housing security and other departments, formulate plans for the setting of plaque signs within the scope of xingqing district, jinfeng district and Xixia District, and report them to the Municipal People's Government for approval, and the urban management departments of the three districts shall be responsible for their implementation.

The urban management departments of Yongning County, Helan County and lingwu city City are responsible for formulating the planning for the setting of plaque signs within their respective jurisdictions, which shall be implemented after being approved by the people's government at the corresponding level. Article 5 The planning for the setting of plaque signs shall adapt to the cultural characteristics of the block and be in harmony with the main building style and the surrounding cityscape. Article 6 The unit name plaque logo and the building name plaque logo shall be set on the wall below the cornice of the building, above the bottom lintel and in the street direction of the building in accordance with relevant regulations or traditional customs. Article 7 The setting of plaque signs shall meet the following requirements:

(1) The setting of plaque signs shall be "one store, one card";

(2) The setting of the plaque logo shall conform to the planning requirements of the plaque logo setting, so as to achieve the overall effect of beautifying the environment and combining night lighting with night scenes;

(3) Plaque signs set by banks, postal services, telecommunications, chain stores and other institutions can be set according to their unified style without affecting the overall style of the street where they are located;

(4) The characters used for the plaque logo must conform to the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Common Language and Characters, with standardized writing and clear handwriting. Article 8 Where a number of units * * * use the same building or place to set up plaque signs, they shall meet the following requirements:

(1) Where there are independent entrances and exits to the outside world, the property management department shall coordinate to make plaque signs with uniform specifications and styles;

(2) If there is no independent entrance and exit to the outside world, the property management department shall coordinate and set up a unified plaque logo at the designated position in the building. No unit may set up a plaque logo on the facade of the building alone. Article 9 an application shall be submitted to the local city management department for setting up the plaque logo, and the following materials shall be submitted:

(1) a written application, a business license, the setting of the plaque logo, the elevation and color effect drawings of the building (structure).

(2) documents certifying the ownership and use right of the building (structure) with the plaque logo, or the use agreement signed with the relevant ownership and use right unit, etc.

the urban management department shall give a reply within five working days after receiving the materials specified in the preceding paragraph submitted by the plaque setting unit. Tenth plaque logo setting units should be set according to the approved location, orientation, form, specifications, materials, content, and shall not be changed without authorization. If it is really necessary to change, the change procedures shall be handled according to the original application procedures. Article 11 The setting unit of the plaque logo shall strengthen the daily maintenance and management of the plaque logo. If it is found that the plaque logo has structural damage, defaced picture, incomplete font and incomplete lighting display, it shall be cleaned, repaired or replaced in time. Twelfth plaque logo setting unit shall conduct daily safety inspection of plaque logo, found that there are security risks should be promptly eliminated.

if the plaque marks cause personal and property damage to others due to poor maintenance and management of the setting unit, the setting unit shall bear legal responsibility according to law. Article 13 where a unit with a plaque sign is under any of the following circumstances, the urban management department shall order it to make corrections within a time limit, and if it refuses to make corrections within the time limit, it shall be forcibly removed, and a fine of not less than 51 yuan but not more than 511 yuan shall be imposed:

(1) failing to set a plaque sign according to the approved position, orientation, form, specification and content;

(2) structural damage, defaced picture, incomplete font, incomplete lighting display, etc. of the plaque logo affect the appearance of the city, and it has not been cleaned, repaired or replaced;

(3) potential safety hazards are found and not eliminated in time. Article 14 the county (district, city) urban management department in violation of the plaque logo set planning approval plaque logo, the municipal urban management department shall order it to make corrections, and suggest that the county (district, city) people's government shall hold the relevant personnel accountable. Article 15 These Regulations shall come into force on February 1, 2111.
