Food Business Commitment Article 15 Food business operators shall strengthen the management of the food they handle, and strictly implement the food delisting system for foods that are found to have problems.
(1) food recall. The food sold that seriously endangers human health and personal safety shall be publicized and announced in a timely manner, and shall be reported to the regulatory authorities within its jurisdiction, and the handling of food shall be truthfully recorded.
(2) delisting. It is found that the food prohibited from being sold in the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Safety in Circulation shall be removed from the shelves in time and recorded.
(3) Delisting of food beyond the shelf life. Food business operators shall immediately stop selling the foods found in the self-inspection that have exceeded the shelf life, and shall count, register and destroy the foods that have exceeded the shelf life on the spot. When destroying food beyond the shelf life, food business operators shall ensure that the outer packaging of expired food is destroyed together, and truthfully record the name, specification, quantity, production batch number (or production date), destruction time and place, destruction method, contractor, sales supervisor and other contents. Food beyond the shelf life, or keep traceable video materials.
(4) Express remedial measures. For food whose labels, labels and instructions do not meet the food safety standards, the producers shall be notified to recall, and the food producers may continue to sell it if they take remedial measures and can ensure food safety. When selling, consumers should be clearly informed of the remedial measures taken by producers.
