In August, 2112, in order to support the 12th National Games of Liaoning Province, Tiexi District Government invested RMB 12 million to transform it into a huge public indoor fitness center in the unfinished building of Shenyang Amusement Park. After completion, it was the largest and only indoor national fitness center in Shenyang at that time, which was transformed by the unfinished building project and opened to the public free of charge.
