? In order to strengthen patriotic health work, improve urban and rural environmental sanitation, and protect citizens' physical and mental health, these measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and with the actual situation of this Municipality.

article 2? These Measures shall apply to patriotic health work and its supervision and management within the administrative area of this Municipality.

the patriotic health work mentioned in these measures refers to social and mass health activities to improve the health environment, advocate healthy behaviors and lifestyles, eliminate health hazards, prevent and control diseases, and improve the health level of the whole people.

article 3? Patriotic health work implements the principles of government leadership, departmental responsibility, mass participation, scientific governance and social supervision.

article 4? City, county (city, district) people's government unified leadership of the patriotic health work within their respective administrative areas, the establishment of patriotic health campaign committee (hereinafter referred to as Aiweihui), the patriotic health work into the national economic and social development plan, the patriotic health work funds included in the fiscal budget at the same level.

article 5? During the month of patriotic health activities in April each year, Aiweihui shall focus on organizing and carrying out patriotic health activities in the whole city.

article 6? Encourage and support social forces to participate in patriotic health public welfare activities through donations, establishment of service institutions and provision of volunteer services.

article 7? Aiweihui is responsible for organizing and coordinating patriotic health work within its administrative area.

aiweihui is composed of relevant departments and units of the people's government at the same level, and the member units are responsible for the division of labor. All member units shall do a good job in patriotic health work in accordance with their respective responsibilities.

article 8? The main responsibilities of the Patriotic Health Association:

(1) To organize the implementation of laws, regulations, rules and policies related to patriotic health work;

(2) Unified planning, deployment and coordination of patriotic health work within their respective administrative areas;

(3) to guide, coordinate, supervise and inspect patriotic health work;

article 9? Township (town) people's governments and sub-district offices are responsible for patriotic health work within their respective jurisdictions.

article 11? Citizens should participate in patriotic health activities organized by their own units and communities (villages), take good care of public facilities and abide by public environmental health regulations.

City, county (city, district) people's governments shall formulate and implement health education and health promotion plans, strengthen the construction of institutional talents for health education and health promotion, and establish and improve the work network for health education and health promotion.

article 13? The administrative departments of health, education, science and technology, culture, tourism and sports of the people's governments of cities and counties (cities, districts) shall take various forms to carry out health education and health promotion.

Trade unions, * * * Youth League, women's federations and other organizations should organize health education and health promotion activities for specific groups such as employees, teenagers and women in light of their own characteristics.

Newspapers, radio, television, internet and other news media should actively carry out health knowledge propaganda.
