In China, except for some vegetarians, most people pay attention to the combination of meat and vegetables. Other families follow the tradition, and three dishes and one soup are also very good!
3. main meal
Korean dinner is Lamian Noodles or rice with a dish of kimchi, so the variety is very single! Although we also eat rice and Lamian Noodles in China, we still have porridge and steamed bread!
People in China pay attention to light dinner, so dinner is not as rich as lunch, so they can sleep better at night, and the burden on their stomachs is not so great, and it is good for keeping noodles in shape!
