On April, 20021September 17, the first batch of Hubei coupons were issued. There are two types of coupons in Hubei Province: ordinary coupons and preferential coupons. There are four payment platforms for the event: Alipay, WeChat, Meituan and China UnionPay Express. When each batch of coupons is issued, consumers in Hubei Province can grab any of the three coupons at any denomination on the designated platform, and different platforms can grab them repeatedly.
