1. Can the safety exit escape normally?
* Is the safety exit door (on the push rod lock) functioning properly, no hidden locks, pins, can be easily pushed open, can sound the alarm, and is tested at least once a month?
* Is there direct access from the store's security exit to a secure area outside the store?
2. Are evacuation routes clear and free of safety hazards?
* Are there any debris, obstacles or standing water in the fire escapes and evacuation stairwells? Can the safety exit door be opened completely?
* Is there no threshold or step within 1.4 meters of the emergency exit door?
* Are the doors for evacuation in shopping centers flush doors, instead of sliding doors, rolling doors, hanging doors, and turnstiles?
3. Is the width of the evacuation channel sufficient and reasonably set?
* Is the net width of the main evacuation aisle not less than 3.0m, and the net width of other evacuation aisles leading to the safety exit is not less than 2.0m?
(Note 1: When the floor area of the first floor of the business area is less than 500 square meters, the net width of the main evacuation aisle can be 2.0m, and the net width of other evacuation aisles can be 1.5m;)
(Note 2) Net width: If there is a stacker in the middle of the main aisle, the "net width" is the sum of the width of the aisles on both sides of the stacker).
* Is the width of the back warehouse aisle kept more than 1 meter?
* Does the safety evacuation of the business area not cross the warehouse? When it is necessary to cross, is an evacuation aisle set up and separated from the warehouse by a partition wall with a fire resistance limit of not less than 2.0h?
Two, emergency lighting and evacuation instructions
1, emergency lighting and evacuation instructions lighting is sufficient? Is the function normal?
* Is the store, back warehouse, processing room, back office, fire evacuation channel, evacuation stairs are equipped with fire emergency lighting? Are the emergency lights broken? Are they in a charging state (limited to battery-powered emergency lighting)?
* Are visually continuous, light-storing auxiliary evacuation signs provided on the floor of evacuation aisles? Is it properly directed to the nearest safety exit? Is the auxiliary evacuation sign obscured or covered? Is the direction of evacuation indicated by the auxiliary evacuation sign consistent with the direction indicated by the lighted evacuation sign above?
* Is there a lighted "SAFETY EXIT" sign above all exit doors?
* After pressing the "test button" or disconnecting the municipal power supply, are the emergency lighting, evacuation signs, and "safety exit" lights all on? Can all escape routes be clearly identified?
2. Are the lighted evacuation signs installed correctly and not blocked?
* Is the lighted evacuation indicator set at 2.2m~3.0m above the evacuation aisle? Or, is it set in the evacuation aisle turn and cross parts on both sides of the wall, column surface from the ground height of 1.0m or less position?
* Is the lighted evacuation indicator sign not blocked by any posters, price tags, merchandise, etc.?

Is the fire broadcasting system functioning properly?
* Is there a pre-recorded evacuation saved in the fire broadcast system?
* Assuming a Code Red is confirmed, can the fire broadcast recording be played back correctly? If not, is there an announcer playing the fire broadcast live through the microphone?
* In the case of a fire alarm, can the fire broadcast be clearly heard in the business office?
IV. Orientation and Training
1. Is there a detailed emergency evacuation plan?
The plan should include, at a minimum:
* When should you evacuate?
* Who? How will employees and customers be notified of the evacuation?
* Who is the evacuation guide for each shift and each safety exit?
* What is the safe meeting place outside the mall? (This location should not be threatened by a burning building; it should not occupy a fire lane.)
* Is there an emergency evacuation plan specifically for employees with mobility/disabilities, and is there someone assigned to help these employees evacuate?
* Does the emergency evacuation plan include rental counter employees?
2. Are fire safety training and drills conducted for mall staff?
* Is centralized fire training for all mall staff organized at least once every six months and training records kept? Are new employees and new promoters in the mall, and leased counter employees given fire training?
* Does the mall conduct quarterly fire drills? Have staff who have worked for one year participated in at least one fire drill in the past year?
3. Ask a sample of 10 staff/promoters/cleaners/rental counter staff if they know the following fire fighting knowledge?
* Do they know how to use a fire extinguisher?
* Do you know that in case of fire, you should escape through escape routes, and where is the nearest safety exit to your workstation? Which safety exit is inaccessible (if any)?
* Do you know how to open the emergency exit door correctly?
* Is the exact safe meeting place after escape known?
V. Firefighting equipment
1. Are fire blankets, fire hydrants and fire valves working properly?
* Are the kitchen and bakery frying rooms equipped with fire blankets? Frying post, frying post staff whether after people away from the fire extinguished, how to prevent the oil pot fire and how to use the fire blanket training?
* Is the fire hydrant box fully equipped? (hydrant valve, hose, water gun)
* Fire hydrant pump control cabinet is set in automatic state? Can the hydrant pump operate normally?
* Are all fire piping valves not closed by mistake? Are valve screws free of rust and corrosion, rotating well, and oiled for lubrication?
* Are all non-signal valves tagged and locked? (Signal valves: valves that receive an alarm signal from the fire control center when closed.)
2, fire extinguishers are intact normal?
* Whether the fire extinguishers and hydrants are inspected monthly? Is the inspection record intact?
* Is the pressure pointer of the fire extinguisher in the green area, showing normal?
* Is the fire extinguisher bottle free of rust dents? Is the nozzle not missing?
* Is the fire extinguisher no more than 5 years from the factory date?
Six, storage
1, items stored in accordance with fire requirements?
* Whether the storage of goods is below the automatic sprinkler nozzle, lamps and freezers of the evaporator below 0.5 meters, without blocking the fan mouth?
(Note: the goods should be below the sprinkler heads by less than 0.5 meters on the overall horizontal plane, and all goods should be within the protection range of the sprinkler heads; not just below the sprinkler heads by 0.5 meters directly below a particular sprinkler head, and less than 0.5 meters around the perimeter.)
* Are there no goods blocking the fire hydrant within 1.5 meters in front of the hydrant? Can the fire hydrant door be opened normally?
* Is the manual alarm button not covered and blocked by objects?
* Are there no articles stacked within 0.5 meters on both sides of the fire shutter?
(Note: If there are fixed immovable items such as shelves, freezers, etc. within 0.5 meters on both sides of the fire shutter door, which do not affect the descent of the fire shutter, they may not be taken as an exception.)
* Is the height of goods storage less than 3.5 meters counting from the ground?
2. Is there no unauthorized change of building use?
* Are offices, training rooms, floor sales areas, leasing areas, and parking lots not used as warehouses in violation of the law?
* Are there no illegal structures privately erected on the rooftop, periphery, etc. of the mall?
* Is the location of the promotional spaces on the floor consistent with the fire blueprints? Does the number of promotional spaces not exceed the number on the fire blueprint?
* Does the tenant's decoration change the original fire protection design of the firewall, fire shutter, etc.? Did it not cover the fire protection facilities such as sprinkler heads, smoke sensors, alarm buttons, etc.?
Seven, items organized
1, items organized whether clean and tidy? No safety hazards?
* All the power distribution room, generator room, fan room, charging area is kept clean, no flammable substances, and the access is clear?
* Are combustible garbage and cardboard in the mall cleaned up in a timely manner, not piled up in large quantities, and kept away from sources of ignition?
* Are the cardboards, cardboards and other debris outside the mall more than 6 meters away from the building?
* Are combustible items such as garbage close to the building cleared in a timely manner?
2. Is the safety shutdown inspection program for electrical and gas equipment strictly enforced?
* Are daily inspections of the safety shutdown of electrical and gas equipment in departments such as fresh food, pasta, restaurants and floor appliances carried out?
* Is the checklist signed by the departmental inspector and the mall manager on duty after the daily shutdown of electrical and gas equipment? On-site sampling of three departments to check the registration of the checklist.
Eight, automatic sprinkler system

* Is there water in the fire fighting pool? Is the amount of water sufficient?
* Is the water pressure of the sprinkler normal?
2, automatic sprinkler system function is normal? Is it in a quasi-working condition?
Is the following functional test every month? Test records are complete?
* Alarm valve group - test water discharge and pressure switch action signal test
* End water test device - test end water discharge and pressure switch signal, test hydraulic police
3, are there other exceptions affecting the functionality and effectiveness of the automatic sprinkler system?
* Is the glass pipe portion of the sprinkler head undamaged or painted over?
* Are there any obstructions near the sprinkler head that interfere with water spray?
9, automatic fire alarm system
1, automatic fire alarm system of automatic detection and alarm fire function is normal?
Is the following functional test regularly? Are the test records complete?
* Monthly smoke and temperature sensor functionality test
* Monthly manual alarm button functionality test
* Monthly fire alarm controller and fire alarm display panel functionality test
* Yearly annual linkage functionality test
2. Is the monitoring of the fire control room normal?
* Does the fire control room implement a daily 24-hour manned duty system, and each shift should not be less than two people?
* Fire control room watchman whether after fire vocational training, licensed? Duty records are complete and well preserved?
* Randomly press a manual alarm button in the mall to see if an employee is present at the fire scene to confirm the fire within 5 minutes when the fire alarm signal appears?
3. Is the smoke or temperature sensor free of defects and faults? Is it installed correctly?
* Store, warehouse, office, kitchen, bakery, distribution room, generator room and other key fire fighting parts of the smoke or temperature sensor probe, and functionally intact?
* Are the smoke or temperature sensing probes broken or malfunctioning? Are the probes blocked by merchandise, shelves, posters, etc.?
4. Is the building fire protection system tested and maintained in compliance?
* Whether to hire a qualified fire detection company to carry out monthly single inspection of the building fire protection facilities, and issue a test report
* Whether to hire a qualified fire detection company to carry out linkage inspection of the building fire protection facilities, the annual linkage inspection records are in the annual December 30 before, reported to the local public security fire protection agencies for the record?
5. Are the following parts of the automatic fire alarm system normal?
View the fire maintenance company in the last three months of the monthly inspection records to determine: fire alarm buttons, alarms, fire control panels, floor indicators, gas fire extinguishing system, fire alarm mainframe function is normal? Are there any unresolved exceptions?
Ten, high-temperature processing management
High-temperature processing is in line with fire safety requirements?
* Are all welding, cutting and other high-temperature processing operations have obtained a high-temperature processing license, no flammable materials within 10 meters, next to the fire extinguishers equipped? And there is a person to monitor? (Pay special attention to the fire operation of external suppliers)
* Are all high-temperature processing carried out outdoors as far as possible? Are all hot work operations conducted outside during non-business hours whenever possible?
XI. Electrical Safety
1. Is temporary electricity safe?
* Is the power line of the temporary power terminal board with flame-retardant conduit or flame-retardant trunking protection fixed laying?
* Is each terminal board in the load allows independent use? Is there another terminal block inserted in the terminal block?
* Are outlets not suspended by power cords only?
* Was the temporary power usage not more than 21 days?
* Are they all approved by Engineering Information?
2. Are the distribution boxes and plug-in boards safe?
* Are there no items within 1 meter of the distribution box?
* Are distribution box lids properly closed to prevent hazards such as dust and rodent bites?
* Are all electrical outlets in good condition and not overloaded?
* Are outlets next to refrigeration and heating equipment free of moisture condensation and not exposed to high baking temperatures?
3. Are lighting fixtures safe?
* Are the lighting fixtures in the rear compartment equipped with lampshades that prevent the lamps from breaking and falling?
* Are the mall white fluorescent lights not flickering noticeably or turning orange? (If so, this is likely a precursor to a fire and needs to be replaced.)
XII. Equipment and Machinery
1. Does the mall's equipment meet fire safety requirements?
* Are the vents of the equipment not blocked to avoid overheating?
* Is heat processing equipment, such as electric stoves, grills, frying ovens, boiling water ovens, etc., clean, free of grease and away from flammable materials? Do you make sure the equipment is turned off when personnel leave?
* Is the fresh food processing room equipment maintained by a professional company on a monthly basis?
* Is there no combustible material within 1 meter when charging the cleaning equipment?
2. Does the supplier's equipment meet safety requirements?
Check in the store to electricity, gas, oil, etc. for energy, the power of more than 100W supplier-owned equipment:
* Is there a "Notice of Entry of Equipment"?
* Is there a Certificate of Conformity for the equipment, and an instruction manual or safety guide for the equipment?
* Is there an equipment maintenance, repair and cleaning program?
Thirteen, hazardous substances
1, the use of gas shopping malls, gas tanks and piping is safe .
* liquefied petroleum gas or other gas tanks (if any) whether the inspection is qualified, whether in the validity period, no rust, breakage, corrosion.
* Is the gas hose no more than 2 meters? Is it free from breakage and aging cracks? Is it replaced at least once every 2 years?
* Is the gas pipe corroded? Are the connections secure? Are the pipes tested regularly to ensure there are no gas leaks?
2. Is the gas alarm system normal in shopping centers that use gas?
* Are gas leakage alarm systems installed in kitchens and canned gas storage rooms?
* Alarm probe is not installed near the door, fan mouth (affected by the flow of air), or by the baffle and other items to isolate, affecting the sensitivity of detection?
* Is the gas alarm system regularly maintained and functioning properly?
3. Is the storage of flammable gases and liquids safe?
* If the mall uses canned liquefied petroleum gas, is the storage room separated from other areas by firewalls and fire doors?
* Is the oil storage room of the generator room separated from the generator by firewall and fire door? Is the total oil storage capacity not greater than the 8-hour requirement?
* Are flammable liquids (paints, tannas, etc.) placed in secure fireproof cabinets and locked? Fireproof cabinets should be located away from sources of ignition and other flammable materials.
XIV. Limiting the spread of fire
1. Are fire doors intact?
* Is the appearance of fire door intact, no rust, corrosion and damage, no holes? Does the normally closed fire door remain closed? Is there no obvious gap and good sealing effect when it is closed?
* Is the electromagnetic switch of the normally-open fire door linked with the fire fighting host, and can the fire door be closed automatically when there is a fire signal?
* Are the indoor fire doors installed with door closers and positioners, which are fully functional and can be closed automatically in order when opened? (The outermost evacuation door that leads to the outdoor safety area plays the role of evacuation and does not play the role of fire and smoke protection, so it may not be installed with a compliant device.)
2. Are the fireproof wall and fire shutter intact?
* Is the warehouse separated from the business and office part by partition wall with fire resistance limit not less than 3.0h? Is the door of the warehouse leading to the business area a class A fire door?
* Are the kitchen and open-flame processing areas separated from other areas by partition walls with fire resistance limit of not less than 2.00h? The doors and windows on the partition wall should be Class B fireproof doors and windows.
* Are the holes on the fireproof wall and fireproof door sealed with fireproof materials?
* Are the vertical shafts between floors (e.g. holes in the power wells and water pipe wells) sealed to prevent the fire from spreading up and down?
* Is the fire shutter not damaged, can be lifted and lowered normally, and can be linked normally? When descending to the ground, is there no obvious gap, well sealed?
Fifteen, smoke control
1, smoke control device is intact?
* Mechanical pressurized air supply to prevent smoke; mechanical smoke exhaust.
* The natural smoke exhaust method of the external windows can be opened to prevent smoke exhaust.
2. Are the smoke pipes cleaned regularly?
* Is a qualified company hired to clean the smoke exhaust ducts of the deli department, bakery, staff restaurant, kitchen, and tenant's kitchen at least once every six months?
3. Is there a smoking area?
* Is there an outdoor smoking area for employees and suppliers? (Note 1: If the smoking area is located indoors, it should be a separate room separated by a fire-wall fire door and have ventilation facilities.)
* Is there a clear and obvious "No Smoking" sign in the mall, especially behind the door of the restroom cubicle?
16. Signs and notices
Are the following signs clear and unambiguous?
* Fire safety evacuation map - located in a conspicuous place next to the main corridor, showing the location and the nearest escape route.
* Above the safety exit door - "Safety Exit, Do Not Block" sign.
* Safety Exit Door - Lever Lock - "Push this lever, door opens and alarm sounds" sign.
* Name and status of fire fighting equipment. For example, the name of the fire valve, or the fire door - "normally closed" or "normally open";
* Is there a "Beware of Fire" sign posted on the wall of the kitchen post in the cooked food processing room and on the door?
* Is there a "Beware of Fire" sign posted on the walls and doors of kitchen posts in the cooked food processing room?
