Conditions

1.motor vehicle driver household registration moved out of the original vehicle management office jurisdiction, should be moved to the vehicle management office to apply for a new license.

2. The applicant does not have 12 points, overdue verification, impounded, detained, suspended, canceled, suspended or revoked motor vehicle driver's license.

3. The applicant does not have a road traffic safety violations, traffic accidents have not been dealt with.

Processing materials

1, "Motor Vehicle Driver's License Application Form";

2, county or army regiment level or above medical institutions issued by the "motor vehicle driver's physical conditions," belonging to the application for disabled persons with a small automatic passenger car, should be submitted to the provincial health department designated by the specialized medical institutions issued by the "motor vehicle driver's physical conditions

3, the applicant's original valid identification and photocopies;

4, the original motor vehicle driver's license;

5, the recent one-inch crown-free white color photographs three.

Process

1. County or army regiment level or above medical institutions for physical examination;

2. To the DMV to pick up a number to the acceptance window to submit information;

3. To the payment window to pay the relevant fees;

4. To the license window to receive the driver's license.
