after receiving the catering business license, restaurants must apply for a hygiene license, which is also the Catering Service License. In the Food Safety Law of 2119, the food hygiene license was changed to a catering service license.

The materials required to apply for the Catering Service Permit are:

1. Apply for the Catering Service Permit;

2. Pre-approval certificate of the name of the restaurant

3. Schematic diagram of the catering service business premises and equipment layout, processing flow and sanitary facilities;

4. A photocopy of the identity of the legal representative of the restaurant

5. Food safety management personnel of the restaurant who meet the relevant regulations

6. The restaurant must have rules and regulations to ensure food safety;

7. Other specified materials.
