There are 16 senior professional managers in China hotel industry, 4 chefs above the special level, 8 masters, 1 master chef 10, 1 national master of catering management 1 0, 2 catering waiters 12 who have won provincial awards and 5 room attendants. At present, the total number of hotel employees has exceeded 1000, which has great development potential.

The hotel implements the functional department system under the leadership of the general manager's office meeting. At present, the leading group consists of seven members.
