go through the procedures for issuing the Fire Safety Permit for Public Entertainment Places according to the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China:
1. The applicant shall issue an application report and obtain the Application Form for Fire Safety Permit for Public Entertainment Places from the local public security fire supervision institution.
2. Fill in the Declaration Form of Fire Safety Permit for Public Entertainment Places, and the reporting unit will sign the opinions and affix its official seal, and send the completed declaration form and application report to the local public security fire supervision institution (the key units under the jurisdiction of the detachment will be sent directly to the detachment fire department).
3. Within 7 days after receiving the report from the applicant and the Declaration Form, the local public security fire control institution will send the staff in charge to carry out the on-site investigation, which will be reviewed according to the contents of the review. If it is qualified, all counties (cities) will be signed by the staff in charge, submitted to the competent leader of the brigade for approval and stamped with the official seal, and the license fee will be charged according to the regulations. Then the back office of the brigade will be responsible for issuing the Fire Safety Permit for Public Entertainment Places.
4. Within 11 days after receiving the (declaration form) and relevant materials audited by the fire brigade in each district of the city, the fire department of the detachment will send the staff in charge to conduct investigation and audit, sign the audit opinion, report it to the director of fire prevention and the competent leader of the detachment for approval, affix the official seal and collect the license fee according to the regulations, and then the back office of the fire department will be responsible for filling out and issuing the Fire Safety Permit for Public Entertainment Places.
5. Audit contents:
( 1) There are environments and places that meet safety requirements;
( 2) having qualified employees who have received fire protection training;
( 3) There is a sound fire safety organization and system.
