Procedures for applying for a business license

1. Apply to the industrial and commercial branch with your personal ID card to receive the Registration Form for the Application of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households or the Registration Form for the Application of Private Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the "Application Form"), in duplicate and other relevant forms.

2. Fill in the' Application Form' and related forms one by one as required, add comments (indicate the family planning situation) in the administrative area where the household registration is located, and go to the relevant departments for examination and approval or handle the relevant "permit" according to the business items reported

3. Return the completed application form and related forms, personal ID card and the completed' permit' to the individual and private economic unit of the industrial and commercial branch for examination.

4. To apply for a business license, people from towns inside and outside the city need to apply to their original industrial and commercial branches (offices), get the application form and relevant forms, and then fill them out and sign their opinions at the original administrative area and the original industrial and commercial branches (offices).

5. To apply for a business license, people outside the city need to provide their personal ID card, temporary residence permit and family planning certificate (or unmarried certificate).

6. from the date of acceptance (that is, from the date of submission of the form), we will strive to make a review decision within ten days according to the regulations. If the registration is approved, a business license shall be issued; if the registration is not approved, the reasons shall be explained to the applicant. The business license shall be obtained by the applicant with his personal ID card.
