The restaurant needs an invoice after eating. Why do some tear by hand and some by machine? What's the difference?
1, tear quota invoice by hand.

When purchasing invoices, business tax and additional tax shall be paid in advance according to the amount of the purchased invoices. In addition, non-small and micro enterprises have to pay the invoice cost, and pay the business tax according to the actual operation situation when reporting every month.

2. Machine invoice

There is no need to pay the business tax and its surcharge in advance when purchasing tickets, and the business tax should be paid truthfully every month, and the ticket should be checked in the tax next month. However, it is necessary to purchase billing software in advance (there is also a free version), and at the same time, it is equipped with a billing computer and a stylus printer.

That is to say, there is no difference from the point of view of tax payment, and there is no difference in the impact on the two invoicing methods when customers don't want invoices, but the operation methods are different.

Difference:

1. The difference between the mechanism invoice and quota invoice is that the name of the purchasing company (person) and the name of the billing company (seal) can prove the business relationship, but quota invoice cannot prove this business relationship. For after-sales maintenance service, it is best to buy a receipt again.

2. For ordinary consumers, there is no difference between quota invoice and machine-made invoices. Quota invoice is generally aimed at individual industrial and commercial households and small enterprises that implement regular quota collection. Therefore, from the perspective of quota invoice merchants, they are self-employed or micro-enterprises, and they may sell fake goods without strength. Be careful to buy more expensive goods from such businesses.

3. The face value of quota invoice is fixed, which is equivalent to that of the catering industry, while the machine invoice is issued according to the transaction amount of both parties, with specific payee and payer.
