This meat needs to be marinated for two hours. Two hours later, my mother said that she would use a toothpick to penetrate the meat. I'm afraid of getting dirty. Every time I hold the meat in my left hand and the toothpick in my right hand, I pass it carefully, for fear of poking my hand and the meat will fall off if I don't pinch it tightly. Later, I invented a good method. I put a toothpick in each piece of meat, then picked it up and pushed the meat down with chopsticks. That's good! I put toothpicks into the meat one by one. At first glance, hehe, this is not toothpick meat, but a plate of hedgehogs. I put the ground toothpick meat into the oil pan one by one. I gently pushed the meat around with a spatula, and only heard the sound of "zi-er-er-er-er-er-er", and the color of the meat gradually became darker and darker. After a while, there was a smell of meat from time to time in the oil pan. I was so excited that I thought, What can I cook? I can't wait to eat this meat at once.
The first batch of toothpick meat was finally bombed. I picked up one, and my mother let me see if it was cooked, but I swallowed it in one gulp. Then fry the second batch and the third batch. I want to taste one in each batch. After toothpick meat was fried, I sprinkled some white sesame seeds on the meat. There are many white spots on the greasy toothpick meat, which looks better and more attractive.
Later, I made delicious dry fried shredded pork and vegetable fish ball soup. Eating my own cooking, I feel particularly delicious, and my appetite is much larger. Mom and dad also praised me for doing well.
