Spicy Chicken Nuggets
I made this dish years ago. I don’t know why I wanted to eat spicy food that day, but there happened to be chicken in the refrigerator. , so I made this dish. Although it's called spicy chicken nuggets, I don't eat spicy food often, so I don't add much chili. Those who often eat chili or like chili can add more. This dish continues my usual approach, which is - "simple". But the feeling in your mouth is anything but simple. A plate of spicy chicken nuggets and a bowl of rice is a very satisfying meal. Chili peppers contain a substance called "capsaicin", which can promote hormone secretion, thereby accelerating metabolism to achieve the effect of burning body fat and losing weight. Haha, you can enjoy the delicious food and also play a role in losing weight. It seems that I have to eat chili often~~
