1. Wash the plum vegetables and cut into pieces.
2. Pick up the cooked pork belly and cut it into pieces for later use (see my recipe for washing pork belly-white cut pork belly).
3. Heat the oil in the pan, then pour in the plum vegetables and stir-fry.
4. Then pour the pork belly and stir fry.
5. Add pork tripe soup and stir fry
6. Cover the lid and simmer until the soup is collected.
