There is no explanation of spitting, no beauty of manicure, no nonsense like "braising in soy sauce is its most valuable destination", no emotional factors of family friendship, just cooking. The steps are clear, the process is not cumbersome, the ingredients are daily, and the music is soothing. Coupled with his focused expression and clean and tidy image, watching Genesis is a pleasure.
