Stewed soybeans in tomato sauce and canned beans are quite good brands. The health index is four stars. The key is that it is convenient to eat. High fiber, low fat and high protein. There are many ways to eat. The first one can be served directly with fried bacon and boiled eggs. The second is to put it in a sandwich, as shown in Figure 3. Serve with smoked salmon or ham, cheese and lettuce. Breakfast is fast and nutritious. The third kind is cooked with chicken. I ate at a friend's house. My friend used two kinds of beans, soybean and black bean, and cooked them with chicken. The chicken has absorbed the bean paste, which is quite good.
