Wang Shu Catering Group consists of Anhui Wang Shu Catering Service Co., Ltd., Anhui Wangshu Meixin Fast Food Management Co., Ltd., Hefei Wang Shu Mudange Catering Management Co., Ltd. and Hefei Wang Shu Trading Co., Ltd. The predecessor of the group company, Anhui Wang Shu Company, was established on 1993. Up to now, the group has eight direct-operated restaurants (six hot pot restaurants, one Chinese restaurant and one barbecue restaurant), 14 fast food factories and 16 hot pot franchisees. Each direct store (factory) has an annual total turnover of more than 30 million yuan and an annual total tax payment of nearly 2 million yuan. Now it has developed into a diversified chain catering group that comprehensively manages Sichuan-style hot pot, fat beef hot pot, Chinese fast food, Chinese dinner and Korean barbecue.
