The rice flour used for Zhoushan seafood noodles comes from Taizhou fishermen. Taizhou is the most popular, authentic and delicious place for rice noodles. Zhoushan seafood noodles are very similar to Taizhou people.
Materials:
100g noodles, 5 shrimps, 10g live skin shrimp, 5 razor clams, a little red and yellow pepper, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, a little salt, black pepper, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, etc.
Exercise:
1. Wash seaweed, scallop and kelp, and cut into small particles for later use. Boil shrimp and razor clam in boiling water until cooked. Boil a pot of boiling water again, add a little salt, and cook the noodles for about 10 minutes until the noodles are cooked. Take it out and drain it with cold water. Drop a few drops of oil and mix well for later use.
2. Put the vegetable oil into the pot. When the oil is 60% hot, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Put oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add shrimp, live shrimp skin, razor clam and red and yellow pepper and stir-fry slightly. Pour in some lemon juice and cook for a while. Add seaweed, scallop and kelp, and stir well.
4. Add water and simmer for 25 minutes, and add salt for later use.
