Crispy and delicious
Preparation materials: pork chop
Seasoning: star anise 1 tablet, fragrant leaves 1 tablet, onion ginger, yellow rock sugar, soy sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, edible oil and boiled water.
Steps:
(1) Drain a small amount of water for standby.
(2) Stir-fry the ribs in an oil pan, turn on a small fire, and when the color deepens and dense bubbles appear, pour in the ribs and stir evenly, so that each rib is covered with sugar.
(3) Add boiled water without ribs.
④ Add minced onion and ginger and sauce (1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar).
⑤ After boiling, turn to low heat and continue cooking for 40-45 minutes.
⑥ Collect juice over high fire, and add 1-2 spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar to taste before cooking.
Sweet taste, brown-fried ribs, crisp outside and tender inside, very tasty inside, steamed in the pot the next day after eating, more delicious.
