How to use the induction cooker?
1. First, plug in the power supply and click the switch button. Click the switch to enter the standby state and enter the operation panel of the induction cooker.
2. The "stir-fry" button is suitable for stir-fry, and the cooking temperature can be adjusted according to the needs by adding and subtracting buttons.
3. Press the "Timing" button to display the time to be set, and then use the add and subtract buttons to adjust the time. Press the timer button again, and the induction cooker will count down. When the time is up, the induction cooker will automatically end heating.
4. The "make an appointment" button can be said to be a regular cooking button. Add water to the pot and put it on the induction cooker to start the appointment button. Then choose porridge or soup. The appointment time is one hour, so the induction cooker will automatically start heating after counting down for one hour.
5. The child lock is to prevent children from being curious and causing other consequences by misoperation on the operation panel. When the switch light of the child lock is on, other buttons are invalid.
What are the cooking skills of induction cooker?
First, control the temperature.
When cooking, it is best not to make the temperature exceed 180 degrees. For example, when I am cooking, I use the "cooking" mode, and the temperature is controlled at 160 degrees. Especially when cooking, the temperature should not be too high, because if the oil temperature is too high, not only the chopped green onion and pepper are easy to paste, but also the dishes cooked in the pot may paste at the bottom of the pot at once. Moreover, too high temperature will destroy the nutrients of vegetables and affect the taste.
Second, be diligent.
Whether cooking or cooking, always turn it over. First, let all the dishes come into contact with the high temperature part, because only the bottom of the pot works. Secondly, it can prevent some dishes from touching the bottom for too long and getting stuck there.
Third, adjust the temperature in time.
Temperature regulation is equivalent to controlling the temperature when gas is used. This is a technical problem, which needs to be summarized and accumulated at ordinary times. My little experience is as follows: First, don't set the temperature too high before and after the wok. You can raise the dish a little after you put it in the pot, but it depends on the dish. If you fry vegetables, the temperature can be higher because of the high water content of vegetables, otherwise it can't be too high. You can add less water to prevent the pot from burning. Second, when cooking or cooking soup, it is best to switch to the "cooking" mode after the fire boils, which can save electricity and prevent water from "rushing out" of the pot. Third, after a dish is fried, before the next dish is fried, don't turn off the induction cooker or black crystal oven, just adjust the temperature to "keep warm". Because repeated switching affects the life of electrical appliances, and even if you turn it off, it will consume a little more electricity to dissipate heat. But wash the pan quickly, or the stove will turn off automatically.
Fourth, be prepared.
Before cooking, get everything ready, and then cut the chopped green onion when there is oil in the pot. Only when everything you need is in front of you and your attention is focused on cooking can you grasp the optimal temperature of oil.
