Dehydrated fruits are dried fruits, but the effects on vitamins are different due to different dehydration methods. Dehydration methods include sun drying, air drying, infrared and microwave drying and vacuum freeze drying.

When it comes to dried fruits, you have to mention fruit slices.

Fruit slices are mostly fried in vacuum, with gorgeous color and charming taste, such as crisp dates, banana slices and dried fruits and vegetables.

The fat content of fruit is usually only about 1%, but the fruit slices can reach 10%~20%. Therefore, it is not recommended that you buy fruit slices while keeping in shape.

Among the dehydration methods, vacuum freeze-drying has the least vitamin loss, but the machine is too expensive and is not recommended. Followed by air drying, air drying is divided into three types!

Making tips

Choose local ripe fruits in this season, and dried fruits will be sweeter.

Fruits with less water are more likely to succeed than fruits with more water, such as water persimmon VS stupid persimmon.
