Celery with vermicelli
Exercise:
1. Soak the vermicelli in water, and cut the celery with an oblique knife.
2. Add onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper and pepper to the oil and stir-fry.
3. Add celery and stir fry for a while.
4. Add vermicelli and add a little water.
