What is a raw sausage?
Pig intestines are the reproductive organs of sows.

Pig intestines are called pig intestines in some places. In fact, it is not the digestive tract of pigs, but the reproductive organs of pigs. Usually, the pig intestines are thick and connected with two thin branches, then the thick part is the degenerated uterus and the thin two are fallopian tubes. Because sows are castrated at an early age and cannot develop into normal reproductive organs, this is the pig intestines we eat.

Production method:

1. Wash the raw sausage and cut it into small pieces of about 2 inches. Blanch and drain for later use.

2. Cut the small red pepper into small grains, cut the seeds of the pepper in half and cut the oblique knife block, and peel the garlic cloves.

3, coriander leaves, washed and cut into small pieces, ginger washed and sliced with skin.

4. Put ginger slices and garlic cloves in a hot oil pan, then add raw sausage and cooking wine and stir fry for about 10 minutes. Add all the ingredients and continue to stir fry (except starch). Finally, add salt and starch and stir-fry for a while.
