250g shrimp
Appropriate amount of green pepper, red pepper and onion
A spoonful and a half of curry powder
200 ml coconut milk
Salt, sugar, water, ginger and garlic.
How to make curry shrimp?
Prepare the ingredients, and the shrimp scissors must pick up the sediment and wash it clean. Cut green pepper and onion into pieces. Cut ginger and garlic into foam for later use.
Put oil in the pan, add ginger, garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant, and then add shrimp. Wait for the shrimp to change color
After the shrimp changes color, add the green pepper and stir fry a few times.
Add coconut milk and curry powder, stir-fry a few times, and add a little water (pure coconut milk feels a little greasy) and a little salt and sugar (salt is adjusted according to your taste) when the shrimp are all wrapped in curry and coconut milk.
Stir-fry it a little, then take it out of the pan and put it on the plate.
