1. Wash pork chops, add cooking wine and ginger slices, control the water, and add cooking wine, ginger slices, onion slices, soy sauce and oyster sauce for about half an hour;
2. Put the oil into the pan. When it is 50% to 60% hot, fry the ribs into golden on both sides and serve them out.
