Therefore, it can avoid the sliding problem that may be caused by saturated water absorption of soil cover. Geotextile mat can not only drain water, but also discharge biogas produced by fermentation in soil (especially garbage waste), so it is especially suitable for landfill. When the geotextile pad is combined with HDPE geomembrane, it can also protect HDPE membrane from being punctured.
