Sifang Mountain is located at the junction of the southeast of Hengdong County and the northwest of Hengnan County in Hunan Province. Known as Sifeng Mountain in ancient times, it is the main peak of Sifang Mountain, with an altitude of 698 meters. It is the second peak in Hengdong County, facing Jinjue Peak across the water in the north. Sifang Mountain is located on the south bank of Weishui River, across Yanglin Town, Nanwan Township, Mo Jing Township and Wuji Town of Hengdong County, in the northwest of Hengnan County.

Surrounded by mountains in all directions, springs flow, bamboo and wood flourish and the scenery is charming. The central area is Sifang Mountain National Forest, covering an area of more than 20,000 mu. There are rich species of rare animals and plants on the mountain, including Magnolia grandiflora, a national first-class protected tree species, and Ye Nan, a second-class protected tree species. The largest tree is 1000 years old, with a trunk height of 2 1m and a diameter of 1.4m, and a crown covering an area of more than 200 square meters.

There are 4,500 mu of Phyllostachys pubescens forest without other plant species and more than 1, 654,38+0,000,000 standing bamboos in Sifang Mountain, which are spectacular and beautiful, and unique in Hunan Province. There are dozens of second-class protected animals such as clouded leopard, water deer, crested deer, beaver and tiger frog, and third-class protected animals such as ring-necked pheasant, South China turtle, badger and various snakes.

The rock landscape of Sifang Mountain is also very strange, including Lion Rock, Dishuiyan, Dragonand Phoenix Cavern, Xianfeiyan and Yuhuyan. According to legend, it is the embodiment of the beautiful concubine of the Jade Emperor. Yuhu Rock, also known as Bathing Buddha Rock, is a wonderful place with unique customs.
