Chinese dumpling
Ingredients: wheat flour, shrimp, beef stuffing, mushrooms, celery, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red oil, sugar, pepper, salt and sesame.
Exercise:
1. Wheat flour is kneaded into smooth dough with clear water and left to stand for use;
2. Knead the dough into long round strips by hand, pull it into batter, and then roll it out;
3. Meat stuffing: Chop shrimps, beef stuffing, mushrooms and celery, mix them together, add vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, pepper, salt and sesame seeds and stir well;
4. Take a dough, add a proper amount of stuffing and wrap it into jiaozi;
5. Pour the water into the pot to boil, and then put it into the jiaozi;
6. Push the jiaozi in the pot with a spoon, then cover the pot and cook;
7. After the water in the pot is boiled, boil it for about 1 minute, and then pour in a little cold water;
8. The water can be fished out after boiling again;
9. Dip: Chop garlic, put it in a small bowl, add sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, a little boiled jiaozi water and red oil and mix well.
