Cooking tips

Erjingtiao should be a little spicy, and it is spicy when fried. If you don't like spicy, you can change it to other peppers that are not spicy.

Use less color in soy sauce, or it will be darker.

I think it might be better to stir-fry all the seasonings first, and then add green peppers and tofu.
