How to make cannelloni with spinach and cheese?
Wash the spinach and cut it into pieces, and slice the white mushrooms into slices , dice onions, mince garlic
Shred mozzarella, grate Parmesan cheese, pour these two and the entire box of ricotta into a large bowl, add a whole egg mixture, and stir well < /p>
Next, boil a pot of water. After the water boils, add a spoonful of salt, put the cannelloni in and cook for 2-3 minutes (see the instructions on the package for details), then take it out and let it cool

The bottom cannelloni is almost cool, first spread a layer of spinach and cheese mixture on the bottom, and then start filling each one with sauce
After the sauce, spread the freshly cooked tomato sauce over the entire surface (don’t complain if I didn’t cover it all the way. I didn’t have enough tomatoes and was too lazy to go downstairs to buy them, so I just made do -_-). This step is very important. Be sure to fill it up and don’t be lazy. (Facepalm), if the tomato sauce is not enough, the flavor level of the whole noodles will be much less, and points will be deducted (this is what happened to me this time)
