Where is the modern house in Pulin Lane?
Modern residential buildings in Pulin Lane are cultural relics protection units in Suzhou.

Modern residential buildings in Pulin Lane are located at Renmin Road (the corner of Pulin Lane), and 199 1 is listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Suzhou.

The house was built in 1924. It was originally the private residence of Lawyer Zou, and it was a brick-wood mixed structure western-style building. The original Chinese garden in Lounan has been abandoned. The existing building area is 1326.98 m2, with two floors high and three floors locally. The main entrance faces east, and there are corridors and Roman columns on the east and south sides of the ground floor. A small square building with a green iron helmet rises in the east. South of the room is a long floor-to-ceiling glass window with good lighting and ventilation. The facade of the whole building is full of changes. The interior is divided into reception room, dining room and living room, fireplace, bathroom and kitchen, with reasonable layout and complete functions. Wooden stairs are the most unique design, ranking the same, with a 360-degree spiral from bottom to top. 10 years ago, the top was destroyed by fire and replaced by flat-topped terraces after restoration. Fortunately, the small building on the top of the East Head Helmet did not catch fire, and its original appearance still exists.
