2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius). Coat meat and shrimp with a thin layer of oil. I used less than two tablespoons of oil altogether. Spread the seasoning evenly and press it on the surface of the meat. I use Jewish salt, which is coarse and low in sodium, and is suitable for barbecue.
I want to talk about cooking here, and it is best to use a pot that can be put directly into the oven. I use a special pot to barbecue here, but a good quality pot will do. If there is no pot to put in the oven, at least one baking tray should be put in before preheating.
Don't add oil when the pot is hot on the stove. Put one or two spoonfuls of oil when it smokes slightly. Then put the beef on two large noodles, fry each side for 1 minute and a half to two minutes (depending on the thickness of the steak), and then fry both sides until they change color.
Fry the surface and put it in the preheated oven. Half-pound veal steak takes 8 minutes to medium-rare 10 minutes, medium-rare 12 minutes, and it is almost fully cooked. The steak itself is delicious. If you want to make red wine sauce, you can roast the shrimp and turn off the heat and pour a glass of red wine. Alcohol immediately turns into steam. Transfer to a small pot, add a little balsamic vinegar, add a spoonful or two of butter, and stir gently with low heat until the butter melts.
6. You can make some side dishes if you have time. Add some red wine. Two people can't go to 30 yuan for this meal (two steaks 15 yuan, four prawns, 5 yuan, a kilo of spinach, 5 yuan, potatoes, etc.). It is worth it! !
