Ingredients: spinach, shrimp.
Seasoning: onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, salt, sugar, chicken essence and pepper.
Exercise:
1. Remove the head and shell of shrimps, marinate with salt and cooking wine 10 minute, and wash spinach;
2, burn oil in the pot, first pour the shrimp into the pot and fry it, add a small amount of cooking wine to stink;
