Practice of radish, shredded chicken and egg soup
Ingredients to be prepared: half a radish, 2 eggs, a little salt, onion 1 piece, a little pepper, and a little medlar;
Production process: step one, clean half a white radish, peel it, cut it into shreds and two shallots, control the water after cleaning, cut it into chopped green onions, and prepare 2-3 eggs at the same time;
Step 2, after all the ingredients are prepared, add a little cooking oil to the wok, heat and put the shredded radish into the wok for quick stir-frying;
Step 3, stir-fry the shredded radish until it is slightly soft, first take it out, add oil to the pot, knock in an egg, fry it on low heat until it is solidified, and then continue to knock in the egg;
Step 4, fry the eggs into poached eggs, and both sides of the poached eggs turn golden, directly add boiling water, and at the same time, put the shredded radish fried in advance into a pot and cook for a few minutes;
Step 5, about 5 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste, add a little chopped green onion and medlar, boil again, then turn off the fire and serve in a bowl.
Usually, when my family cooks radish soup, there are always some bumps. But after learning about this radish and egg soup, my family often asked me to eat it like this. With the combination of radish and fried eggs, the taste of this soup has improved a lot. Originally, I wanted radish soup to taste good.
