Several spoonfuls of bean paste (I used almost 80g, and the new box of 300g used about a quarter) were diluted and stirred with a bowl of water.

Pour the diluted bean paste water on the fish head tofu, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, boil, stew for 10 minutes, and take out.
