Materials:
50g of Evergreen, tsp of salt 1/2, tsp of fruit and vegetable powder 1/2, tsp of sesame oil 1 2, and a little pine nuts.
Step by step:
1. Soak dried Chinese cabbage (evergreen) in warm water of about 50 degrees for 20 minutes.
2. Roast pine nuts with low fire for later use.
3. The soaked evergreen leaves are spread out in green and pleasant colors and drained.
4. Rinse with appropriate amount of cold boiled water to remove moisture.
5. Add half a teaspoon of salt, a little fruit and vegetable powder and a tablespoon of sesame oil and mix well.
