Sauteed Mushrooms with Zucchini
Ingredients: 1 large mushroom, 1 zucchini, 3 dried chili peppers, 2 garlic cloves, salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce.
Method: 1. Cut off the roots of the mushrooms, tear them into small strips, wash them, put them in boiling water, blanch them for two minutes, remove the water and squeeze them dry.
2. Remove the heads and tails of the zucchini, wash them and cut them into thick slices, then cut them diagonally into slices.
3. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it up. Add the chopped chili segments and minced ginger into the pot and stir-fry over medium-low heat until fragrant.
4. Pour in the zucchini and stir-fry until it changes color and becomes soft and watery. Then add the lettuce segments and stir-fry evenly over high heat.
5. Add 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce and a little salt to taste. Stir-fry for about half a minute, then turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
