Sichuan-Tibet road map
National Highway 3 18 starts from People's Square in Huangpu District, Shanghai, and ends at Sino-Nepalese Friendship Bridge (Zhangmu Port) in nyalam county, Shigatse, Tibet. It is an important traffic line for China to cross plains, hills, basins, plateaus and other landforms from east to west. Along the way, various natural landscapes and humanistic cultures blend with each other, forming the most "beautiful landscape avenue with China characteristics"
Line 38 is 5,476 kilometers long and runs through Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Hubei, Chongqing, Sichuan and Tibet. Now, it is not only an important traffic line, but also an important hub for cultural exchange and tourism.
Hailuogou Glacier and Hot Spring
Hailuogou is located in the southeast of Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is the first stop from Chengdu to Lhasa. It is 360 kilometers away from Chengdu, and it can be reached in 6 hours by car. Gongga Mountain, known as "Shu king of the hill", is the highest and most spectacular glacier waterfall in China. There is a huge museum of modern marine glaciers, with large and small hot springs, lakes and rivers, and you can also soak in hot springs on glaciers in winter.
Dadu River and Luding Bridge
Feel the thrill of the Red Army's Long March across the cable bridge. Luding Bridge is not what it used to be. After crossing Erlang Mountain, you can see the Dadu River. Luding Bridge is on the Dadu River. Kangxi is entitled "Luding Bridge" here. The bridge is103m long and 3m wide. 13 chains are fixed in the wells of abutments on both sides of the bridge, of which 9 are bottom chains and 4 are handrails on both sides. 12 164 iron rings are interlocking, and the iron parts of the whole bridge weigh more than 40 tons. Ranwu Lake and Laigu Glacier
Ranwu Lake is famous for its tranquility and blue color. Although it is a lake, it is extremely rich in color, surrounded by meadows, forests and mountains, green grass, blue sky and white clouds. The morning is full of smog, and the sunset at dusk is the most beautiful.
Linzhi peach blossom
March and April are the Peach Blossom Festival in Linzhi. The winter in Tibet is not completely over, and the peach blossoms in Linzhi are in full bloom, so you can enjoy the scenery of the small town in the south of the Yangtze River on the snowy plateau. Peach Blossom Festival can also enjoy singing, dancing, wrestling, horse racing and archery with local people, and experience a unique New Year entertainment.
Maoya prairie
Maoya grassland, especially in June/July. Maoya grassland is located in the west of Litang, a high city in the world. You can see a vast grassland by walking 10 km to the west. This is the Maoya Prairie in Honglong Township, Litang. In summer, the Maoya grassland experienced the rooting and germination in spring, and the weeds and wild flowers on the grassland competed to bloom. Standing on the highway, you can see patches of green, patches of white and red. Ten thousand yaks are grazing leisurely. Litang Wuliang River flows happily from Monster Mountain to the roadside of Maoya Grassland. Feel the water on the mountain in the water. It's cold, but clear. This is the real melting water of ice and snow. I took my suitcase out of the car, stood by it and put a pos machine on the side of the road. This is a big road. Therefore, the Maoya Prairie in July is highly recommended! This point will be ignored by many road trip Raiders on the Sichuan-Tibet line. The Maoya Prairie is one of the best places to shoot and play on the Sichuan-Tibet line in my mind.
