Yam glutinous rice porridge
30g yam, 30g coix seed, lotus seed meat 15g (cored), jujube 10, millet 50- 100g, and a little sugar.
Cook porridge with the above herbs and millet. After the porridge is cooked, add a little sugar.
Boiled tofu with yam
Tofu 1 piece, fresh yam 1 piece, carrot 1 strip, 6 red dates, 4 pairs of ham and 4 leeks.
Firstly, the yam and carrot were peeled, washed and cut into pieces. Cut the tofu into small cubes. Jujube is pitted and cracked. Put all the ingredients in a boiling pot, add 3 bowls of water until cooked, and finally season with salt.
Hot toffee yam

Yam chicken soup

When there are about 20 minutes left, add chicken offal such as Chinese yam pieces and chicken gizzards, continue to stew, add seasonings such as salt and pepper after cooking, and finally add some medlar.

Peel, wash and slice the yam. You'd better wear gloves when peeling yam, otherwise it will itch. Peel and slice carrots. Soak fungus and tear it into small pieces. Slice garlic.
