Ingredients: pork tenderloin 3 Liang, tender bamboo shoots 2 Liang (shredded), small bowl of black fungus (shredded), and green peppers 2 Liang (shredded).
Accessories: starch, cooking wine, Pixian bean paste, sweet and sour, oil consumption, Jiang Mo, garlic and chicken powder.
working methods
1. Shred pork tenderloin, add cooking wine and water starch, stir well and marinate for five minutes.
2. Put chopped green onion in a bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and oil, and mix well for later use.
3. Heat the oil pan, fry the shredded pork, and then put it in a bowl for later use.
