Xu Li, male, born in June, 1957, is a Hui nationality in Kaifeng City, Henan Province. Attending Chinese medicine. Party member, party member, graduated from Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Party branch of Luohe Institute for Drug Control and the secretary-general of Luohe Alumni Association of Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He used to be deputy secretary-general of Luohe Red Cross Society and deputy secretary-general of Luohe Chinese Medicine Society. He wrote the "Luohe Health Science and Technology Development Strategic Plan" and won the first prize of Luohe Science and Technology Planning Achievement. 1August, 994, he wrote the article "Building Luohe into Beidaihe in the Central Plains", which was published on the front page of Luohe Inland Special Zone Daily (1994), causing great repercussions in the international arena. 1April, 1995, he wrote the article "Suggesting to hold China Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Festival" and published it in the fifth issue of Chinese Medicine Management and the fourth issue of China Health Policy.
