High uric acid can cause gout. If gout does not form, it can be adjusted by diet.
Drink plenty of water and avoid foods with high purine content, such as animal offal, seafood, shellfish, meat, soybean food, lentils, spinach, cauliflower, asparagus, mushrooms and thick soup. Quit drinking. Avoid eating acidic foods, such as coffee, fried foods and high-fat foods. Eat more foods with high potassium content, such as bananas, broccoli and celery.
