5. Put it in a microwave oven, first turn it to medium heat for 3 minutes, and then turn it to minimum heat for 3~4 minutes. After OK, take a soft silicone shovel or spoon and dig it out along the edge and put it on the plate.
Tips 1. Sausage: I chose Helmet's breakfast crispy sausage, which tastes weak. If you choose the salty sausage, you should pay attention to the dosage and reduce the tomato sauce.
2. The amount of tomato sauce: the eggs are not salted, and the taste of mozzarella itself is very weak, so more tomato sauce is used. Please balance the taste yourself. Is it okay to use pure ketchup? It's too sour. It's not recommended to use only pure tomato sauce. But you can use pizza sauce.
3. Cheese: Mozzarella cheese is a soft cheese commonly used in pizza that can be brushed, and its taste is very light. You can use breakfast cheese slices instead, and all kinds of flavors will do. Personally, I prefer yellow cheese slices, especially cheddar ones, but cheddar will be slightly salty than ordinary ones.
4. Microwave firepower: Medium fire refers to the fire in the middle. Microwave first to be faster. Then turn to the lowest fire, for fear that the eggs will explode. Theoretically, it is ok to cook with high fire, but there is a danger of explosion. If you use high fire, you can easily break the eggs and observe them at any time.
